Having spent just over a week in Vang Vieng and a couple of weeks in total in Laos, I felt it was time for a change.
The dice rolls in recent weeks had been based on relatively small decisions – what to eat, where to go, activities to try and new experiences to engage in.
It was time to put to the dice the next country I would visit on my travels and potentially leaving all of my other travel friends behind.
